Dont ever, ever, ever ever upgrade from ANYTHING (except windows 2k) to
windows 2k. MS admit that 98->2k is broken, and your NT4 installwill last
about 2 months before it dies.
Take a day or 2 and install from scratch - its worth it in the longer term.
