Similiar to wreq, you can attach files, but they get striped from the
emails the system sends out, however they're still accessable via the
web-interface.

I'd rather use MySQL than what wreq does. It's in some native perl
database that god only knows does what. There was talk of it being ported
to using a proper DB at some point but havn't heard anything about that
for awhile.
