Depends on your dialer, I'm not sure what Corel's botch uses, but if you
have an editable modem init string, you could add the blind dial command
to that, however I can't remember what it is off hand.

Take a look at http://www.linux-usb.org for all the info you may need. I
understand the USB support in the 2.2 kernels is there, but to what extent
I'm not sure, the new 2.4 kernel (soon to be released) provides a much
higher support for extra USB devices.
