its really hard to determine the actual number of openings. a position can be advertised by a couple of agencies so it should only count as one. but having said that, i would say yeah its quite more busy up here. but i've been seeing those job postings for a few months now, same openings same agencies. i wonder if they're having a hard time attracting the right candidates or they're just too choosy knowing there are a lot more out there : )
