I have being doing contract work for one of NZ's big Electricity retailers for the past several years. I am moving to Australia at the end of this month and they are looking for a couple of names of people to contact if I get hit by a bus and/or they decide they would like someone from NZ to do the work instead of having to contact me only by phone and email.
The projects mainly deal with importing huge amounts of data from text files (some csv and some fixed width), running them through tidying up / sorting algorithms and either exporting them as text files or reporting on the information by way of Excel. Is there anyone out there in Delphi land who would be interested in putting their name forward for possible future contracts - either maintaining existing projects or creating new ones. Most of the projects do not use databases - I think all active projects are database free. Setups are done through ini files.
