HiCan any give a brief outline of the advantages/disadvantages of writing a web server application (using Indy for example) rather than writing a web server extension (eg Apache module)?
I guess the obvious difference is that with the web server app you don't need to install an Apache or ISAPI web server on the host machine. Anything else?
