Any ideas on finding the right employee ? Best agencies, job search
sites etc ...
I am looking at employing someone to assist me in my business which
mainly involves a niche market CAD and machine control product with some
other miscellaneous stuff involving machine controls and embedded micros.
Mostly using Delphi and Kylix with some C for 8051 family. Heavily into
Linux for control systems.
Must have some experience / interest in all or some of these areas:-

Electronics
CAD
Internet technologies
Machine automation / control systems
