I was also looking into it. It's all a bit sketchy ... getting an llc is the easiest part (just need to pay a couple of hundred bucks) .. but to really use it for trading then you still need bank and merchant account, and those 2 are the more difficult to get from what I heard (new home security act dictates that banks need to know their customers).
