GetTickCount returns number of milliseconds since system started....I
have been wondering how it is affected by a system suspend or
hibernate.
From
what tests I have done on a laptop it looks like it is not fooled by suspending
or hibernating....ie afterwards the counter seems to have kept incrementing
and doesn't seem to stop. Does anyone know for certain, and its relation
to the system clock?
