Hi,
Help please.
I am using a PC with Sempron 3500-64 PC with XP-P
SP2 OS. I am running Windows Internet Explorer V/7 (or FireFox V/5.0 ),
Windows Media Player V/11.00.. and interfacing to the web via a router with
broadband connection to my ISP.
When using either browser and clicking on
the video clip I want to look at, the/a player screen appears to
start then I get a similar message eg:- "Firefox.exe has encoumtered a problem
and needs to close...". After closing the report option box the browser
crashes.
I figure that this problem is in this computer as
my earlier PC (P3/500 Win98SE) with ancient Media Player, that I have relegated
to my home theatre works fine and it is connected to the web via another channel
on the same router so I doubt its a firewall problem in it.
Where should I look?
