It looks like we're not building the following providers for Coverity testing
coverage:
- GNI
- PSM2
- MXM
Are there libraries that can be installed on the OFI Centos 6.5 server
("flatbed") such that we can build these providers?
Note: we don't need to *run* these providers for Coverity to analyze them -- we
just have to be able to compile/link them.
