I've started the release cycle for v1.16.0. RC-1 is now available: https://github.com/ofiwg/libfabric/releases/tag/v1.16.0rc1
There are a couple of posted fixes under review to pull into v1.16.0, so I haven't yet created the v1.16.x branch.
