The OpenFabrics Interfaces Working Group and the libfabric community are
pleased to announce the release of version v2.4.0 of libfabric and fabtests.
The source packages (.tar.bz2) can be downloaded from:
https://github.com/ofiwg/libfabric/releases/tag/v2.4.0
The packages are signed. The signature can be verified by downloading the
`.asc` files and running the following commands:
gpg --import public_key.asc
gpg --verify libfabric-2.4.0.tar.bz2.asc libfabric-2.4.0.tar.bz2
gpg --verify fabtests-2.4.0.tar.bz2.asc fabtests-2.4.0.tar.bz2
