I’ve seen the same behaviour with an Huawei E303.
The problem with the E303 is oFono sends AT&C0 to the modem to avoid DCD drops
after the disconnect, but the modem drops it anyway. This causes a tty hangup,
and oFono can’t send commands to the modem port anymore.
The E3131 could have the same bug…
