If no one objects, and so far there have been no responses to previous queries, 'branches\MTHCA' could also be removed. Once branches\ConnectX\hw\mlx4 is merged into the mainline trunk, branches\ConnectX can also be removed. Someone from Mellanox want to comment on a time frame?
