HCA driver doesn't unload when there are applications running.
When WSD or SDP are installed one can't close the applications, so there
is no other resort, but reboot.

Hi,
If drivers/components were removed successfully, is rebooting
the system still necessary?
Previously the reboot needed to remove software-enumerated
instance of ibbus, but now it is a filter driver.
