Should I accept the CM to send the mads (that are used to manage the
connection) on a different subnet every time there is an APM migration?

Does this code work on Linux?

This should work if the Windows CM implements apm correctly.  Based on a
quick look at the windows code, it looks like everything is there, but
I've never tested apm on windows.
