IMO, supporting proprietary drivers is not a direction that OFA should go.  I
don't believe this is in alignment or beneficial with the goals of OFA, and
moves us closer to eliminating the need for WinOF.  Plus, it increases the
support and maintenance cost of the open source software without providing
benefits to the open source community and its users.

I also think that any steps in this direction should be decided at the level of
the OFA board and not by WinOF developers.
