Uninstalling ipoib along with disabling/enabling ipoib were recent
problems/hangs for ipoib_ndis6_cm.
If you have an opportunity, disable the IPv6 support in all IPoIB (Local Area
Connection) instances prior to uninstalling ipoib and see if that helps; it
worked as a temp workaround prior to the last set of IPoIB_ndis6_cm patches
which fixed the IPoIB disable/enable hang.
