It seems to me, reading this white paper

that it has two ways of supporting RDMA: "iWarp RDMA and IETF RDDP
protocols" (you can search for it in the page, it is stated below the
figure)
I don't have a clear view of neither iWARP nor RDDP, so I'm going and read
some RFCs
