I've committed a patch to svn that updates the ib-diags with FDR support. The exception is ibstat, which uses an OS specific way to obtain the data. There are ongoing discussions on how to correct this for ibstat, or if ibstat should be replaced with ibv_devinfo. The other ib-diags were simply updated to match the mainline git trees.
