Not exactly. I'm trying to make sure that:

- all collectives have someone who can at least edit their pages

- every collective has a leader who can give someone else edit
rights

because those collectives that don't have people in those roles
are in a bit of trouble. So it would be nice to be proactive and
actually get that sorted before it becomes a problem.

(I don't see getting the admins to fix pages as being sustainable.)
