I've been talking to Alta direct. Observability does have leaders, they're just not entered into auth yet. I have edit access and have been editing the pages as I find time to freshen them up and fix any formatting and content errors. Once we get the new leadership empowered we can take over. So while Alta's offer is much appreciated we should be fine. (The HPC community likewise has leaders lined up.) The other communities on the rudderless list, including Games, have no leadership in waiting (unless someone wishes to step up real quick).
