Why? As the Secretary, I'm saying I'm still not ready (grant voting was late+ bugs in grants app+ message about testing was too early+ website downtime+ first set of expirations=low confidence) and I'm concerned we're gonna have a problem we can't fix come Monday. So, what is the reason we need to stay on schedule exactly? What do we lose if we give it one more week? Remember that you yourselves just noticed that your grants were expiring five days ago, so that 'people bug' is yours too! :) Don't even get me started on 2008.12 Glynn ... I'm just trying to be sensible here, and prevent as much chaos as possible during the election. I'd much rather delay one week than lose a contributor or injure relations with contributors because of a dumb deadline that has zero dependencies when I knew full-well six days before that my readiness confidence level was low. Honestly, no one will even notice the difference, they'll see the 'go vote now' message on March 16 and be none the wiser because a month around here feels like three days anyways.
