Doh! Right - my calendar view was still set to last week when I sent that
out on Saturday, so I saw the Wednesday, March 4 meeting and thought, "Oh,
we're meeting on this Wednesday."
BTW, Europe moves their clocks back on Sunday, March 29, so the April 1
meeting with the new OGB will be time shifted yet again. When it comes
time to plan that meeting, instead of making a member collect availability
and manually sort/rank like we've done in the past, you may want to take
advantage of a free web service for doing that which I've just been
introduced to:
http://whenisgood.net/
I've just used it as an attendee to a new regular meeting being scheduled for
a different organization, but it seemed simple and useful and much easier
than when I took the lists of times from OGB members two years ago and charted
them all out to find a good time for us to meet.
