Terri contacted me before voting was closed, and I connected her with
Stephen Hahn, who runs the voting site. (Her problem involved getting
ssh key login working from MacOS X.)
The only other core contributor who contacted me offline about not being
able to vote was one whose employer blocks ssh at their firewall and who
chose not to use an internet connection from another location to vote
instead, which I'd classify under lack-of-interest more than technical
difficulty.
So far I'm not aware of any other people who have reported being unable
to vote, but I expect most voters to have been using Solaris and to have
unblocked ssh internet access from somewhere.
