[ogb-discuss] OGB Nomination: Roland Mainz

Not much needs to be explained: Everybody knows that Roland Mainz both
deserves this honor, and at the same time that the OGB would heavily
benefit from his deep knowledge, skills and talent.
The only question is, whether or not Roland accepts his nomination
this year. It would be a loss for the project, if not.
