We've spent 3 years trying to change our practice to match the process invented in the Constitution and the structure that accumulated as we launched - and pretty much failed. Since we don't really want to reinvent the constitution (the process) and probably can't reinvent all of Sun's internal workings (the practice), our only choice is to rewhack the structure of what we have to make it more likely that the constitutional governance model we want can be made to work with the practical constraints we are stuck with. -John
