Maybe we need to amend the constitution than and state that you have to 
maintain proper contact details
at opensolaris.org to stay a core contributor, and if you are not 
reachable for lets say 6 months your membership is void ?
Another option is for the community groups to state that in their core 
contributor/contributor rules.
Of course, if we prefer to become a gogolish dead souls association than 
we can just go ahead and ignore it ;)
