Now that Jim and Eric have set up some support structure, it would be good to change section 2.3 of the policy to include the how-to-contact-them alias instead of directing submissions "to the OGB". There is an existing implication in the supporting notes to the policy that this should be done, but as no contact information for them is provided, proposals default to being sent to the OGB alias... -John
