*AN* OpenSolaris distro called Indiana is fine. It's the "THE OpenSolaris distro" I have a problem with. Also, Schillix, Belenix, Martux, etc. also avoid the "freely redistributable" issues. Yes, it's a shame that licensing issues prevent SXCE from being redistributable.
