Hey, Unfortunately we didn't quite make the proposed date that Keith set out in his draft for announcing the Members meeting, due to the fact that grants were still rolling in from the Community Groups.
During today's board call, we set a date of the 28th February to start the Members meeting (details to follow), which leaves us until the 18th for the preparation of the final list of the people entitled to vote in this years elections. This list will be represented by the Grants tab on poll.opensolaris.org (or the associating .csv formatted file). This is a *last call* for grant requests - I'll stop taking them after 23:59 UTC on Monday, 18th February. Those that come after that will have to wait until the elections are over. Glynn
