OpenSolaris Community Member - someone who's accepted the designation of Core Contributor for one or more OpenSolaris Community Groups. Anyone who's able to vote is anyone who's officially allowed to nominate someone to run for OGB. Those that can't vote can lobby their friendly Core Contributor to nominate someone. Glynn
