During the OGB call today the Chairman was gracious enough to allow me to mention a proposed Constitutional amendment to put in place a documented process for constitutional amendments prior to the end of the forthcoming Annual Meeting. The proposal can be found at http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/show_bug.cgi?id=555 and I would welcome constructive discussion and improvement of the proposal.
