Sorry for the late notice, but since it was noticed the constitution requires amendments be available 10 days before voting the above date has been changed to Fri Feb 29 (24:00 hrs). http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/ogb/OGB_Election_Status/ has been updated to reflect this.
