Looks good, but I think there needs to be a qualification of who can start a new entity (must be a non-instantly-new member). And I think it has to be the decision of more than one individual. I'd suggest the Creation Process: * Add step 2:0: List your OpenSolaris user ID (bugzilla IDs were not the same the last time I looked) and assert that you have been a member in good standing for at least 2 months. * Change Step 2:5 to say that the OpenSolaris ID is required. I see no reason to leave the problem to the administrator or to allow "leaders" who are not community members * Make current step 3 step 4 and insert: 3. Ask your co-founder(s) to vote for the bug report. Only bug reports with at least one vote will be actioned. S.
