Under process, why not take advantage of Single Sign On? In that case, the application form can fill in the details for you. Under Implementation Notes, there's a requirement for a membership liaison. So we need a new role. Errm, "Facilitator"? The statement "OpenSolaris Membership is for a period of 2 years. After 2 years you may apply again to become an OpenSolaris Member. Subsequent applications are automatically approved." doesn't really sound right. For one thing, it's a renewal, so you don't apply again. I would expect the system to remind you (a mail would be enough) that your membership was about to expire. What state do lapsed members go into? "Qualification for Membership is for life. However, you need to renew every 2 years. If you don't renew, you become an emeritus Member and are removed from the current list of voters. You can reactivate your Membership by [...]."
