Under process, why not take advantage of Single Sign On?

In that case, the application form can fill in the details for you.

Under Implementation Notes, there's a requirement for a membership liaison.
So we need a new role. Errm, "Facilitator"?

The statement

"OpenSolaris Membership is for a period of 2 years. After 2 years you
may apply again to become an OpenSolaris Member. Subsequent
applications are automatically approved."

doesn't really sound right. For one thing, it's a renewal, so you
don't apply again.
I would expect the system to remind you (a mail would be enough) that
your membership
was about to expire. What state do lapsed members go into?

"Qualification for Membership is for life. However, you need to renew
every 2 years.
If you don't renew, you become an emeritus Member and are removed from
the current
list of voters. You can reactivate your Membership by [...]."

And I do like the "visibly active" comment.
