That makes sense to me. That is, it's probably best for LDoms to go for
regular Project instantiation rather than gate itself on the more
complex task of either trying to make LDoms a Community Group or make a
merged Virtualization CG.

So the next thing to do then is identify the best existing Community
Group to to seek sponsorship from. The problem is, it's really unclear
which CG that should be, and that's totally not the LDom team's
fault...
