I'd like to propose some business be conducted over email by article 6.9 (assuming the other OGB members agree).
I'd like to elect a chair, vice-chair, and elect/appoint a secretary. I think this would help our next meeting, as this week's non-meeting initially was driven by Glynn who agreed to takes notes for this one non-meeting.
