The new auth system only allows one type of grant

Are you saying you don't see Core Contributor grants in
the Sysadmin electorate?
> networking -- contributor (as of approx Mar 31 09)

The new auth system only allows one type of grant per
electorate, so the fact that you are showing a core-contrib
grant for the tools electorate explains why you don't
see your contributor grant there. When your core-contrib
grant expires there, your contributor grant should become
active again.
For the other two, please file bugs so they can be tracked.
