Hi, The new poll application has a web interface for voting; no ssh keys are required.
But internet access is still required as voting is done via the application. The constitution allows a member to authorize another person to act for the member by proxy, and details are provided about signing a proxy and delivering that to the OGB secretary. If a proxy is received by the OGB secretary, email should be sent to website-admin explaining who is the authorized proxy for which member. We can then work with the proxy to allow him/her to vote for the member. Thanks.
