As per my AI in the meeting today.

Total number of eligible members of the electorate, as set
on 20 Feb 2010: 428

Quorum for the annual meeting: 143 (1/3 of the eligible electorate).

In order to pass the new constitution, we need 215 or more
affirmative votes.

One thing missing from the election calendar:
http://hub.opensolaris.org/bin/view/Community+Group+ogb/2010

is the posting of the new constitution, which must be done
10 days before voting and done via email to the members. This
must be done, then, by Feb 25 23:59 hrs PT, which is the same
time we have set as the close time for constitutional
ammendments. oops.

Should we just send out the new constitution on Feb 25
and hope no more ammendments come in? Or do we need
to delay the election by a day?
