This is very different than the currently active constitution, so
diffs are not available. You can see the old constitution here:

It's required by Article 5 of the current constitution. We cannot
move forward with the election until we've met quorum in the election.

The new constitution does not have this requirement.

It is also a good place to ask questions about the election
and of any candidates.
