What is this item? In 2008, a 'public defect management system' was on the priorities list, and it was then implemented. > Deploy a public RTI system. Information about the wiki requirements, the selection of XWiki and a pointer to the new test portal which is based on XWiki can be found in the website community. In general, I'm not understanding this list of items. It seems to be a mixture of potential items the community might want the OGB to spend time on and a list of items that the community might want to generally see implemented. But the latter list would say nothing about resources to get something implemented even if the desire is high.
