I already have a copy of Robert's; I bought it when elected.  I've
been reading up and have a few ideas about what I'd like us to
accomplish at this meeting, and how to phrase them in the right terms.
But I fear there's no way any of us has adequate knowledge to apply
every nuance of proper order.

I'm no parliamentarian; I'll the book to hand but we won't get much
done if everyone has to wait for me to flip through all 650+ pages to
find the answer to some procedural question.
