I know the OGB itself doesn't have access to funds, but I think I could probably make a pretty decent pitch to Sun. Ideally though, you'd not only want to get someone to do the weekly summaries, but also figure out the long term mechanics of how to go about for long term investment in infrastructure. In theory it 'should' be an exciting community task for someone keen to pick up. As an aside, I've been asked separately what lists I was covering.
