We'd like to get this set up as soon as possible; I have only one question: have these Groups agreed to sponsor your project, or are you saying that you would like them to? If they already have, we can proceed - and a note for the future: the announcement request should really come from the Group. If they haven't, please get them to do so and then you'll be on your way.
