The way this works is that you are granted status from your 'community' not for 'project' - this is obviously clearly broken if that's a requirement for being able to use cr.opensolaris.org as a project. I guess for the moment it would be worth trying to approach your 'endorsing' community and ask them to confirm these allocations - which also presents another interesting problem that you don't currently have an endorsing community.
