I think this is ok - I assume you have access to the grants database to make
this relatively automatic?

30 days seems like a long time to me - I assume this is the maximum amount of
time, but I'd much rather see a regular rotation of users, unless there is a
real need for something longer.

I think James is right in one sense - I don't think the sponsor necessarily
needs to be involved. Is there a specific reason you've added this requirement?

I don't really know enough about the test process to be able to provide you
decent feedback on this. The interface is a little confusing, and I know you're
somewhat tied to the web interface. Would be nice to have the top navigation
buttons as simple text links.
