While I think 1, 2, and 4 are reasonable - I don't think #3 is 
necessary.  Glynn sends his minutes to ogb-private after every meeting 
(and for the meeting we had with Bill Franklin, Bonnie sent hers to 
ogb-private as well) for auditing before sending out and posting 
publicly.  Re-auditing them again seems like an unnecessary duplication 
of time and effort.
